Patterns of Quantum Cognition I: From Chronomorphisms to Quantum Propagators

Summary
A quantum-cognition extension of the Patterns of Cognition line. It pushes the chronomorphism-based view of cognitive algorithms toward quantum propagators and operator-style dynamics, arguing that quantum formalisms can extend the same general framework rather than replacing it wholesale.
Relevance to Hyperon
This paper sits in the same architectural orbit as PRIMUS Full and QuantiMork. It matters less as a production implementation note than as a forward-looking formal extension of the typed-metagraph / chronomorphism picture already used elsewhere in the stack.
