Summary

The concrete companion paper to the more abstract MetaMo theory. It specializes MetaMo into Hyperon-era motivational machinery by connecting the abstract appraisal/decision structure to OpenPsi and MAGUS, with hierarchical goals, individuation and transcendence overgoals, and context-sensitive motivational modulation.
