Summary

The concrete companion paper to the more abstract MetaMo theory. It specializes MetaMo into Hyperon-era motivational machinery by connecting the abstract appraisal/decision structure to OpenPsi and MAGUS, with hierarchical goals, individuation and transcendence overgoals, and context-sensitive motivational modulation.

Relevance to Hyperon

This is the bridge paper from motivational theory into implementation-facing Hyperon systems. It is especially useful for understanding how MetaMo Full relates to Magi Full, and why OpenPsi-style appraisal remains part of the modern motivational story even when the surrounding architecture has changed.
