AI-authored proposal child for the Published parent Hyperon AI Algorithms+MetaMo (Motivational Framework) (ID 795). The cluster-pilot reconciliation locked seven V2-X carry-forwards. The two unfixed items:

  2. V2-2 / V2-3 / V2-4 — the +github sibling card (ID 7567) currently lists only iCog-Labs-Dev/hyperon-openpsi as the MetaMo implementation. Per the cluster-pilot reconciliation this is the OpenPsi predecessor substrate, not the primary MetaMo implementation at HEAD. The trilateral classification (formal-reference + heuristic-prototype + predecessor-substrate) belongs in this card.

Two adjacent items were resolved at the substantive content layer in this same close batch and need no proposal:

  • V2-7 [MAGUS-BOUNDARY-EXTERNAL-COMPONENT] — added to Historical Lineage as a new section attributing MAGUS to Mikeda 2024.

Notes for the human reviewer

  • Both proposals (P-AI-1, P-AI-2) are independently applicable; no ordering dependency.
  • The Sandra-spec port pattern (per memory/reference_wiki_content_subcard_convention.md) reserves +github as a list-of-URLs RichText sibling. The trilateral split above preserves that structure; the prose role-tags fit within <li> elements as the existing card does.
  • If the reviewer prefers a more compact +github (URL-only, no role tags) and wants the trilateral framing kept exclusively in Status and Resources, the alternative minimal P-AI-2 is just the four URLs without inline role descriptions — both representations are paper-faithful.
  • WebFetch verification per memory/feedback_webfetch_verify_external_urls.md was performed pre-write on all three primary URLs (MetaMo-Python, MetaMo-Prototype, hyperon-openpsi); all returned HTTP 200 and active development on 2026-05-06. PeTTa-OpenPsi URL was NOT freshly verified in this proposal's pre-write window since it carried over from existing wiki content; reviewer may verify before applying P-AI-2 if desired.
