External Agent Workflows
External Agent Workflows documents state-of-the-art, non-Hyperon-origin AI agent technology that Hyperon teams adopt to augment their workflows. The deliverable is the workflow pattern to absorb — not a Hyperon-code census, and explicitly not a Hyperon implementation family. Taxonomy guard. Cards here describe external tools that are valuable because they sit outside the Hyperon stack and are worth absorbing into it — adopt the workflow, compile it into MeTTa-native structures, do not import the foreign stack. This boundary is deliberate: it prevents paradigm-collapse between "Hyperon implementation" and "external augmentation tech."
Scope follows the Cross-Org Cognitive Repo Sweeps expanded scope criterion (2026-06-23): include non-Hyperon-origin tech being used to augment Hyperon workflows; exclude general AI beyond the scope of the Hyperon stack and pure infrastructure/blockchain plumbing.

- HERMES Agent Workflow (Cross-Org Sweeps SC-3, Distributed Compute) — NousResearch's self-improving LLM agent: closed learning loop (skills-from-experience), pluggable cross-session memory, bidirectional MCP boundary, prompt-cache "narrow waist" discipline, multi-gateway delivery, subagent delegation; with NuNet's thin-image + MCP-delegation adaptation. Name-coincidence note: this is NOT the Magi HERMES (L2/L3 cognitive-stack proposal, card 741).
- uAgents Agent Framework (Cross-Org Sweeps SC-2, fetchai) — Fetch.ai's decentralized AI-agent framework (the ASI-Alliance agent network): decorator agents, on-chain Almanac discovery, typed protocols, portable SKILL.md skills (same standard as HERMES), and MCP/A2A/LangChain adapters; plus three official examples where a uAgent fronts an in-process Hyperon MeTTa knowledge space. Non-Hyperon-origin framework with a narrow, example-scoped Hyperon bridge.
