EARTHwise is an ecosystem spanning a tech startup (game and AI development), education platform, research lab, collaboratory, publishing house, and token issuance company. The central thesis is that AI can be trained to prioritize win-win collective intelligence through cooperative interdependent interactions — and that strategic games provide a measurable, constrained environment to validate this hypothesis. EARTHwise Arena

The EARTHwise Arena is an enterprise AI alignment testing platform where agents are evaluated, supervised, and improved under real adversarial conditions before deployment. It operates in two modes:

  • Scenario Benchmarking: Structured evaluation against the 13 EARTHwise Alignment Benchmark (EAB) criteria, EU AI Act standards, and safety frameworks
  • Live Adversarial Simulations: Agents connect via WebSocket to play matches against AIRIS, a consequence-trained adaptive intelligence that learns cooperation through gameplay rather than instruction

The platform is model-agnostic (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face compatible), produces fully auditable and replayable interactions, supports XAI-ready decision graphs, and provides longitudinal drift tracking across agent versions. Built for EU AI Act compliance from inception.

Elowyn: Quest of Time

The primary testbed is Elowyn: Quest of Time, a tactical card battle game where Guardians face the Shadow Arc. Direct Hero combat damages the Elowyn Tree of Life — if it dies, everyone loses. The greatest victories come from healing the Tree and playing for win-win outcomes. Three AI subsystems operate within the game: an LLM-powered conversational agent, a Deep Q-Network reinforcement learning opponent (MolochAI), and AIRIS (knowledge-graph-based causal reasoning). EARTHwise Alignment Benchmark (EAB)

A 13-criterion benchmark evaluating AI agents on interdependence awareness, deception resistance, long-horizon reasoning, win-win vs. zero-sum reasoning, and critical safety/ethics behaviors. The framework formalizes cooperation, reciprocity, and shared value creation as key performance indicators.
